Who we are

Our team of BABCP-accredited CBT therapists is dedicated to providing evidence-based care with compassion and professionalism.

We help individuals and couples make sense of their experiences, develop new coping tools, and find confidence in everyday life.

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, following NICE guidelines. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and tailored to your goals.

We believe therapy should be accessible and flexible.

That’s why we offer in-person sessions in Kidlington and online therapy for clients across the UK, with appointments available on weekdays, evenings, and some weekends.

    Caris

    CLINICAL LEAD

I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with over ten years’ experience in the NHS and other mental health settings, including hospitals, prisons, and community clinics. Alongside my private work, I’m a Service Manager and Clinical Supervisor and previously taught as a Senior Psychology Lecturer on an accredited CBT Master’s course.

My main approach is CBT, and I’m also trained in EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’ve worked with young people, adults, and older adults, helping them make sense of their experiences and build lasting change.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process - combining your knowledge of yourself with my therapeutic experience. My style is calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental, and we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

    Natalie

    CBT THERAPIST

Hello, I'm Natalie, a compassionate, experienced and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

My experience includes over a decade working in mental health settings, with people from all walks of life. I have a wealth of experience in helping people with common mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety, to make positive changes in their lives.

I currently work as an Operational Manager and CBT Therapist within the NHS. I have completed a Masters degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and this is the main therapeutic approach that I use.

I understand how difficult it can be to take that initial step towards change. I am confident that I can help put you at ease, provide a warm and open space to understand your difficulties together, and ensure you feel empowered to overcome them. Together we can work towards meaningful, long lasting and useful change.

    Reece

    CBT THERAPIST

My name is Reece, and I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Mental Health Nurse.  I currently work as senior therapist and clinical lead over multiple NHS trusts.  I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of mental health settings including schools, GP practices, community clinics, CAMHS and hospitals throughout my career.

I specialise in both CBT and DBT to help to support people experiencing problems such, as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I enjoy working with all ages and have undergone relevant training to better support individuals who are neurodivergent.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool in recovery, and my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space to allow you to work through your difficulties.
