  • Sessions last around 50 minutes and can take place:

    • In person at our Kidlington practice, or

    • Online across the UK

    Appointments are available during the day, in the evenings, and on some weekends, to make therapy more accessible.

    You’ll work collaboratively with an accredited therapist, setting goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you. Therapy moves at a pace that feels right - focused on understanding, change, and long-term wellbeing.
